Cancelling Appointments/No Show

Cancelling an appointment is allowed, but please do so in a timely manner! If you cancel 24 hours in advance, no charges will be incurred. You can cancel by phone (leave a voicemail) or by email.

For appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, you will receive an invoice for 95 euros. These costs cannot be claimed from your health insurance or the municipality.

In case of not attending an appointment without valid reason (No-Show) and without prior notice, an invoice of €125 will be issued. These costs cannot be claimed from your health insurance or the municipality.
